1. About these terms

This website (the “Site”) is operated by HONG KONG LETEI COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“JOCQUELINE”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

• We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Our bags are made from natural leather, such as French full-grain Taurillon leather. Natural variations in grain, tone and texture are part of the material’s character and are not defects.
• Product sizes and measurements are approximate.
• Products are available while stocks last. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
• Where a discounted price is shown, the original price is shown alongside it.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

5. Orders

• After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. Your contract with us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation, or when we confirm a pre-order in writing.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Pre-orders

• Pre-order items are paid in full at the time of order.
• The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page. If it changes, we will notify you by email.
• You may cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before dispatch.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

8. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the JOCQUELINE name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Reviews and comments

If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Site and our brand. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to collect other users’ information, or to submit false or misleading information.

14. Third-party services

The Site may contain links to, or use services from, third parties, such as payment providers, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

15. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect any guarantees about our products that apply under consumer law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the country where you live.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

19. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
