This Privacy Policy explains how HONG KONG LETEI COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“JOCQUELINE”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this website (the “Site”). We are responsible for your personal information as the data controller (data user under Hong Kong law).

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Shopify Payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized

Some of these uses may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. You can opt out as described under “Your rights and choices”.

International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong, and our service providers may process your information in other countries, including Canada, the United States and countries in Europe.
