Shipping fees

• Free shipping on orders of US$400 or more.
• US$15 flat rate on orders under US$400.
• The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

• Worldwide delivery in 7–14 days once payment is confirmed.
• Pre-order items are dispatched from the date shown on the product page.
• Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges

• Request within 7 days of receipt via Contact Us, with your order number and reason.
• Defective or not as described: within 3 months of receipt, return shipping on us.
• Change of mind: return shipping paid by the customer.
• Please contact us before sending anything back, and return the item in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the item.
